Only skincare products purchased directly from SQT Beauty USA can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices and aesthetic systems are excluded from this return policy. (*All sales of devices and aesthetic systems are final. Please contact us with any questions before making a purchase.)

If you purchased SQT Beauty USA products from a third-party retailer, please return them to the original point of sale.

For returns of SQT Beauty USA products purchased through our website, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (561) 788-5994. We will assist you with your return request and provide a return form that needs to be completed and included with your return.

Products should be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in a sellable condition. We cannot accept returns if the outer packaging is damaged.

Please note: SQT Beauty USA offers complimentary standard shipping on orders of $49 and above. However, we do not refund return shipping fees. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days from the time we receive the returned package.

Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email confirmation to inform you that we have received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any taxes paid, minus any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds previously provided in connection with the purchase. Please note that original shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
